Farmhouse A Martel
(2-6 persons) is a restored provincial farmhouse built in the 18th century in the region Drôme Provencale (one hour north of Vaucluse/Provence).The farmhouse is situated on its own terrain of 13 hectare on a small road to St.Nazaire le Désert (one hour driving east of Montélimar). If you like taking walks in the quiet and beauty of nature with beautiful panoramas, you will feel comfortable here. The large (original) farm has 220 m2 living space, is restored and well furnished. During restoration most of its original features have been preserved. The large garden (with a fenced area for children) has several terraces with garden furniture

In the village
(4,5 km) there is a bakery/grocery, a post office, two restaurants, a camping site, a swimming pool and a tennis court. La Motte Chalancon with its beautiful lake for recreation is within 20 km reach. You will also find other convenient places to swim nearby such as small rivers. Typical provincial areas such as Nyons (famous for its olive trees) and Vaison la Romaine (famous for its wineries) are only 35 and 45 km away, and cities Bourdeaux and Dieulefit are 22 km 27 km away respectively.

Layout The farmhouse has a large living room (42 m2) with a big open fireplace, also a kitchen (30 m2) with all modern equipment (oven, microwave, refrigerator etc) and a TV set. In the big bathroom downstairs a bathtub, shower, toilet and a washing machine are included. The second bathroom upstairs is equipped with a shower tub and toilet. The house has three large bedrooms: two bedrooms with two single beds in each one and one room with a double bed, furthermore there are two beds for children and a baby bed. Telephone and barbecue set are also available.

Linen can be brought along as well as be hired (bed set + towels) for € 12,00 p.p.
