BARNHOUSE INFORMATION

This restaurated Barnhouse B
built in a big grange (2-6 persons) is situated on a terrain of 13 hectares. It has been restored from an old 18th century farm in the Drôme Provencale (one hour driving north from Vaucluse/Provence).

The large fully furnished house
(living space 190 m2) is off the road to St.Nazaire le Désert (one hour driving from Montélimar). If you like taking walks in the quiet and beauty of nature with beautiful panoramas, you will feel comfortable here. While rebuilding the house, the original features (beams, high roof, stonewalls and different levels) have been kept authentic in order to give the house its special atmosphere. From the terrace you have a spectacular view on the hills of St.Nazaire le Désert and farther away on the Vercors. The two houses on the terrain are situated in a way that each house's privacy is kept as well inside and on the terraces.

The house
has a very large living room (70 m2) with three different living areas; a TV- and lounge area, a dining area and a reading corner. In the modern (dining) kitchen (30 m2) which lies on a lower level, you’ll find an oven, a microwave and a washing machine. There are two bathrooms, one with bath/showers and a toilet and the other one with a shower and a toilet. Two large bedrooms (each with twin beds) are on the same level as the dining room. There is also another bedroom upstairs with two single beds in it. Extra: two beds for children
